You can contact the surgery online to:

• ask a question
• get help with an administrative task or
• send us information.

Contact the surgery using the NHS app

You can access the NHS app by downloading it to your smartphone, or through the NHS website. 

When you access the app you’ll need to:

• login using your NHS account
• select “Services” from the menu bar
• select “Contact your GP surgery for a document or update” and
• use one of the forms to tell us about your request.

Choose the “Something else” option if none of the other options are appropriate. We’ll review your answers when the surgery is open, and then contact you.

Using the NHS app is often the fastest way to make your request. You need to be registered with the practice to use this service.

You can contact the surgery using an online form. Select “Admin Query” on the first page, and then tell us about your request using one of the forms. Choose the “Something else” option if none of the other options are appropriate.
